Jaume Bertranpetit is a Full Professor at the Department of Experimental and Health Sciences, School of Health and Life Sciences, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). He leads the Evolutionary Biology and Complex Systems Program and is a promoter of the Institute for Evolutionary Biology (IBE UPF-CSIC).
His research focuses on human genome variation and diversity through
