Jasper Kim is a scholar, lawyer, and consultant based in California and Korea with expertise in negotiations and structuring capital markets instruments for social impact. He currently serves as Director of the Center for Conflict Management at Ewha University's Graduate School of International Studies and as a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne, where he teaches Negotiations for the Melbourne JD program (laws50131) and Business Negotiations and Deal-Making for Melbourne Law Masters (laws90062). Additional roles include Arbitrator for the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board and former invited faculty for the Supreme Court of Korea.
