Jasmine Rault is an Associate Professor of Media Studies in the Department of Arts, Culture and Media at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) and the Faculty of Information at the University of Toronto. She also teaches graduate courses in the Collaborative Specialization in Sexual Diversity Studies. Her research focuses on media, technology, and culture, particularly the intersections of gender, race, and sexuality in architecture, digital economies, and social movements. She holds a PhD in Art History & Communication Studies from McGill University.

Teaching: Leads SDS1999 'Queering Design: Sexual Politics of Space, Place and Digital Culture' and advises Masters/PhD students in queer media and design studies.
