Jarosław Dobkowski

Professor Jarosław Dobkowski is a full-time faculty member at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (UWM), Poland, serving within the Faculty of Law and Administration and its Department of Administrative Law and Security Studies. Holding the academic rank of Professor (prof. UWM), he conducts research and teaches in the broad field of legal sciences, with a particular focus on administrative law.

Education & Academic Career

Professor Dobkowski earned his PhD in legal sciences and subsequently obtained the habilitation (DSc) degree. His academic career has been entirely affiliated with the University of Warmia and Mazury, where he now holds the title of Professor.
