Janusz Konstanty

Janusz Konstanty serves as a Professor at the Department of Metal Science and Powder Metallurgy within the Faculty of Metals Engineering and Industrial Computer Science at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. His research centers on fundamental and applied aspects of metallic materials, with particular emphasis on:

• Metal Science: Investigation of atomic structure, phase transformations, and mechanical properties of metals
• Powder Metallurgy: Development of metal powder processing techniques for advanced component manufacturing
• Metallurgy: Study of extraction, purification, alloying, and thermal treatment of metallic systems
• Materials Science: Interdisciplinary analysis of material behavior under operational conditions

Professor Konstanty maintains active institutional engagement through the Rector's Commission for Personnel Policy and the College of the Faculty of Metals Engineering and Industrial Computer Science, contributing to academic governance while advancing metallurgical research methodologies.
