Jannike Solsvik

Professor Jannike Solsvik is a faculty member at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), within the Faculty of Natural Sciences. Her research focuses on turbulent flow dynamics, rheology, and multiphase systems, with a particular emphasis on bubble hydrodynamics and interfacial mass transfer in both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids. She leads studies on bubbled columns, stirred tanks, and fluidized bed reactors, applying advanced numerical methods like CFD and population balance modeling (PBM).
