Dr. Janine Saltzmann serves as Scientific Head of the Working Group Carry Over at the Institute of Animal Nutrition (ITE) within Germany's Thünen Institute in Braunschweig. Her research centers on Contaminant Carry-over and Nutrient Metabolism in livestock systems, with critical applications in Feed Safety and Food Chain Safety.
