Janina Messerschmidt

Dr. Janina Messerschmidt is a researcher in the Department of Sociology of Technology and the Environment at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg's Faculty 5. Her work focuses on climate change, energy system transformation, and sustainable organizational development. She holds a PhD in climate research and combines natural science expertise with social psychology perspectives.
