Dr. Janice C. Eldridge served as Distinguished Professor of Humanics at Springfield College, where she delivered the 1992 Humanics Lecture "Toward an Authentic Community." Her work examined Humanics philosophy through the lens of community-individual relationships, emphasizing compassionate engagement, discursive society, and trust-building in institutional reform.
