Janette Dill is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota's School of Public Health, where she serves as Deputy Director of the Consortium for Workforce Research in Public Health. Her research focuses on improving job quality and career mobility for low- and middle-skill health care workers through credentialing systems and career ladder programs.
