Janet Xu is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she holds the Lacob Family Faculty Scholar appointment for 2024–2025. Her research focuses on how diversity is defined, evaluated, and institutionalized in organizations and labor markets. She employs experimental and quantitative methods to explore topics such as multiracial identity, diversity policies, and the societal implications of AI in research.
