Janet Murray is a professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology's School of Literature, Media, and Communication, where she directs the Digital Integrative Liberal Arts Center. Her research explores interactive narrative and the evolution of storytelling through emerging technologies like virtual reality and gaming. She has authored seminal works including Hamlet on the Holodeck and Inventing the Medium, which establish foundational principles for digital media design.
