Professor Janet Mifsud is Head of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics at the Faculty of Medicine & Surgery, University of Malta. She holds a B.Pharm. (Hons) and B.A. (Hons) in Theology from the University of Malta, and a Ph.D. from Queen's University Belfast. Her primary affiliation is with the Biomedical Building Extension at the Msida campus.
Her research focuses on Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, with inferred interests in drug mechanisms, treatment protocols, and pharmacological interventions derived from her departmental role.
She has been honored as a Fellow of the British Pharmacological Society (FBPhS), reflecting significant contributions to her field.
