Janet Long is a Research Fellow in the Australian Institute of Health Innovation at Macquarie University, specialising in healthcare resilience and implementation science. She holds a BSc (Hons1) in Ecology from Macquarie University and a MN in Nursing from UTS. Her research integrates complexity science, social network analysis, and theoretical domains framework to improve healthcare delivery, particularly in genomics, translational research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
