Janet Kennedy

Janet Kennedy serves as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Education within the School of Pharmacy and Administrative Sciences at Western New England University. She is based in room 328 of the Center for Sciences & Pharmacy and can be reached at 413-782-1621 or janet.kennedy@wne.edu.

Her academic focus centers on Pharmacy Education, where she develops evidence-based teaching methodologies and curricula for pharmacy students. This work integrates Pharmaceutical Sciences—including drug discovery, pharmacokinetics, and clinical therapeutics—with Healthcare Administration domains such as healthcare policy, resource management, and interprofessional collaboration. Her interdisciplinary approach prepares students for evolving pharmaceutical practice environments through simulation training and community engagement initiatives.
