Jane Paul is a Lecturer at Antioch University Los Angeles (AULA), teaching in the Urban Studies concentration and the Master of Arts in Urban Sustainability program. She also instructs courses in the Bridge Program and national Clemente Program. Her work focuses on the solidarity economy, climate justice, and human rights, with a strong activist background in economic, environmental, and housing justice.

She has served in multiple advisory roles, including the SMC Industry Advisory Board for the Homeless Sector, LA Rent Adjustment Commission (2014–2020), and Chair of AULA’s Sustainability Committee. Jane co-authored AULA’s Climate Action Plan and led food relief efforts in Tijuana (2019) and Northeast LA (2020). She has collaborated with organizations like the Green LA Coalition, Liberty Hill Foundation, and Schools and Communities First.
