Jane Iles

Jane Iles is Associate Professor of Psychology and Programme Director for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey. Her research focuses on perinatal mental health, early childhood development, and family wellbeing interventions.

Iles investigates how parental mental health during pregnancy and postpartum affects child developmental trajectories. Her work employs longitudinal designs to examine protective factors and intervention efficacy, including video-feedback programs enhancing parent-infant bonding.
