Jane Hunter is an Honorary Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Queensland. Her research focuses on semantic web technologies, data integration, and eScience, with significant contributions to ontology development, digital libraries, and environmental informatics. She leads projects such as OzTrack for animal tracking data and the 3D Water Atlas for groundwater visualization.
