Dr. Jane Goodson serves as Chair of the Department of Business, Accounting, and Mathematics and Visiting Associate Professor of Business at Huntingdon College, where she joined in 2020. Previously, she held leadership roles at Auburn University-Montgomery (AUM), including Professor, Department Chair, and Dean in the College of Business, retiring in 2014 as Professor Emeritus of Management. She earned a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior from the University of Alabama, alongside MA and BS degrees in related fields.
Her research focuses on organizational behavior, performance management, healthcare systems, and employment law. Notable contributions include studies on sexual harassment litigation, appraisal objectivity, and healthcare quality management. Awards include the Distinguished Paper Award and Outstanding Paper Award for her scholarly work.
