Jane Baldwin, PT, DPT, NCS, serves as Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at MGH Institute of Health Professions, where she has held faculty positions since 2007. She concurrently directs Student Support and Activities and coordinates the Marjorie Ionta Physical Therapy Center for Clinical Education, while maintaining clinical appointments at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital specializing in pediatric and adult neurological care.

Dr. Baldwin's research centers on evidence-based neurological rehabilitation, with emphasis on spasticity management, electrical stimulation applications, and chronic stroke interventions. She pioneers telepractice methodologies in physical therapy education, developing tools for student self-efficacy assessment in virtual clinical training. Her clinical education innovations focus on active learning strategies and pivoting pro bono services to virtual platforms during healthcare disruptions.
