Jana Renker

Jana Renker is a Lecturer at the Careum University of Applied Sciences for Health in Zurich, Switzerland. Since 2018, she has co-led the modules "Social Insurance and Patient Rights" and "Family Care," focusing on Switzerland's social insurance system and its application in healthcare contexts such as chronic illness, aging, and accident management. She also serves as managing director of the Swiss Case Management Network, working as a self-employed case manager and social insurance expert.
