Jana Hartmann

Dr.-Ing. Jana Hartmann is a Junior Group Leader at the Institute of Semiconductor Technology, part of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Physics at TU Braunschweig. Her work focuses on semiconductor technology, materials science, and related interdisciplinary fields. She holds a doctorate in engineering (Dr.-Ing.) and contributes to research and teaching activities within the institute.

Her research interests include nanotechnology, solid-state physics, and microelectronics, leveraging advancements in semiconductor materials and applications. As part of TU Braunschweig, she collaborates with academic and industrial partners to drive innovation in electronics and materials engineering.
