Jan Vietze

Prof. Jan Vietze serves as Professor of Industrial Design within the Department of Design and Culture at HTW Berlin - University of Applied Sciences, maintaining his office at the Wilhelminenhof Campus (WH Building A, Room 306). His multifaceted role includes Laboratory Manager of the 3D model building studio alongside administrative responsibilities as BAföG Officer, Selection Committee Chair, and Examination Board Deputy Chair.

His educational foundation was established through product design studies at Berlin-Weißensee School of Art (1997-2003), where he concurrently gained industry experience as a student trainee at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG.

Prof. Vietze's research expertise centers on transportation systems design, with particular emphasis on:
