- Education: Studied literature and musicology at LMU
His research spans 19th-century lieder, opera, film music analysis, and broader contexts like 'Music and Sexuality' and 'Religion on the Opera Stage.' Collaborative projects emphasize bridging academia and performance, particularly through program booklets and concert introductions.
