Jan Frode Haugseth

Jan Frode Haugseth is an Associate Professor at the Department of Teacher Education, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He holds a PhD in Sociology from NTNU (2012) and conducts research on youth, media, and education using engagement theory. His current work includes a comparative study at UC Berkeley (2024/25) examining social inclusion among Scandinavian and Californian youth.
