Jan Eichelberger

Jan Eichelberger is a Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University of Hanover. He serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Law and is affiliated with the Institute for Legal Informatics (IRI) and the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and IT Law. His academic work bridges law and technology, focusing on interdisciplinary legal challenges in information systems.
