Jamie Way is an Assistant Professor at Bradley University's College of Education & Health Sciences, Department of Physical Therapy & Health Science. They also maintain an active clinical practice at OSF St. Mary Medical Center while contributing to academic and administrative roles at Bradley.

Jamie serves on multiple departmental committees (Admissions, Curriculum, Marketing) and the Bradley University Senate Executive Committee, while also contributing to the Knoxville High School Booster Club.
