Jamie Austin

Jamie Austin is a Research Professor at the University of Texas Institute for Geophysics (UTIG), with a career spanning decades in seismic stratigraphy and continental margin studies. His work focuses on passive and convergent margins globally, including recent offshore surveys near Israel (2011, 2015) and the U.S. east coast (2015), alongside ongoing research on the Sumatra convergent margin.
