James Salierno is a Professor of Biology and Deputy Chair in the Department of Biological Sciences at Fairleigh Dickinson University. His research focuses on the effects of anthropogenic contaminants on aquatic ecosystems, including pharmaceutical compounds on fish development and wastewater effluent impacts on algal and invertebrate communities.
