James PC Wong

James PC Wong is a Lecturer and researcher at RMIT University's School of Property, Construction and Project Management. He serves as Program Manager for the Master of Energy Efficient and Sustainable Building (MEESB) and China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) Offshore Programs. His expertise spans sustainable building design, energy efficiency, and advanced construction technologies, with a focus on whole-building performance assessment and heritage building retrofitting. He holds a PhD in sustainable commercial building façade designs from the University of New South Wales, following degrees in Architecture (B.Arch, University of Sydney) and Building Science (M.Sc, University of Sydney).

Research interests include building simulation and performance analysis, high-performance facades, and environmental assessment of retrofit initiatives. He has practiced as an architect for over seven years, managing projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, and China. His work integrates academic rigor with industry experience in sustainable design and construction.
