James Lipuma

Dr. James Lipuma is a Senior Lecturer in the Humanities Department at NJIT and Director of the Collaborative for Leadership Education, and Assessment Research (CLEAR). He holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. from NJIT and Stanford University, respectively. His research focuses on transdisciplinary communication, inclusive STEM education, leadership development, and innovative educational practices. He leads initiatives like STEMforsuccess.org to promote diversity in STEM fields.

His work emphasizes community co-design and the role of transdisciplinary frameworks in fostering innovation and inclusivity.
