Dr. James Gallen is a Lecturer in the School of Law and Government at Dublin City University (DCU). A graduate of Trinity College Dublin and New York University School of Law, he previously served as a Transitional Justice Scholar at NYU and as an Intern/Fellow at the International Center for Transitional Justice in New York and Kathmandu. His research focuses on the intersection of transitional justice, human rights, and international law.
