James G Wright

James G Wright is a Research Fellow at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), affiliated with the Department of Information Security and Communication Technology. His postdoctoral position is part of the SFI NORCICS (Center for Cybersecurity in Cyber-Physical Systems) initiative. He specializes in cybersecurity, cyber-physical systems, and formal methods for secure networked systems. His research focuses on 5G security, privacy-preserving protocols, and resilience in critical infrastructure. Recent work includes mechanisms to detect IMSI/SUPI catchers in 5G networks and resilience enhancement for energy grid state estimation.
