James France is a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Earth Sciences at Royal Holloway University of London and collaborates with the Environmental Defense Fund. His work focuses on greenhouse gas emission quantification, atmospheric methane dynamics, and method development for source attribution. He holds a PhD in snowpack photochemistry from University of London and a 1st Class MSci in Geosciences.
