James Chae

James Chae is an Assistant Professor at Hongik University in Seoul, Korea, specializing in Graphic Design. His work examines the designer’s medial position within consumerism, commercial image production, and global politics. He co-produces the podcast Graphic Support Group and runs the publishing imprint Pudding Label to explore intersections between design and music.
