James Brady is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Wicking Dementia Research Education Centre, University of Tasmania. He holds a PhD in Medical Studies (2019–2025) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (2016–2018) from the same institution. His research focuses on dementia risk reduction, stress management, and the psychological aspects of aging. Brady's work investigates how social networks, personality traits, and environmental factors influence cognitive health and resilience in older adults, particularly through the ISLAND Resilience Initiative.
