Jakov Bojovic

Jakov Bojovic is a Research Fellow at the European University Institute (EUI) within the Florence School of Transnational Governance. He serves as the Scientific Coordinator for the EUI's Global Executive Master program and is an expert in public policy communications. Bojovic has extensive experience delivering executive trainings for governments, international organizations, think tanks, and advocacy groups since 2017. He holds a Ph.D. from Central European University and has authored several academic publications focusing on EU policy issues, migration, and economic governance.

Research Focus: His work emphasizes EU policy communication strategies, crisis communication for public institutions, and the analysis of EU Commission policies, particularly under the Juncker Commission. He combines academic rigor with practical training for policymakers and practitioners.

Teaching: He has taught at institutions including the IE School of Global and Public Affairs (Madrid), Central European University (Vienna), and Columbia University (New York). His interdisciplinary approach bridges theoretical frameworks with real-world policy challenges.
