Jaime Zabalza is a Lecturer and Strathclyde Chancellor's Fellow in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Faculty of Engineering. He is actively affiliated with the Centre for Signal and Image Processing (CeSIP) and the Advanced Nuclear Research Centre (ANRC), where he contributes to cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and signal processing for industrial applications, particularly in the nuclear sector.
His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Signal Processing, Hyperspectral Imaging, and Software Engineering, with applications focused on solving real-world industrial challenges.
