Jaime Santos Rodriguez

Jaime Santos Rodriguez is a Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the Technical University of Madrid. His career includes a Margarita Salas Fellowship at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Durham University, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics (MPIM) under Prof. Dr. K.-T. Sturm. His research focuses on metric measure spaces with curvature bounds, particularly their isometry groups and Lie group actions.

• Education: PhD in Mathematics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (advised by Prof. Luis Guijarro), affiliated with ICMAT.
• Research Interests: Metric measure spaces with lower curvature bounds, isometric actions, fundamental groups, and geometric rigidity theorems.
• Key Topics: Analysis of Wasserstein spaces, RCD(K,N) spaces, Margulis lemma, and isometric embeddings.
