Professor Jahar Bhowmik is a faculty member at Swinburne University of Technology's School of Health Sciences, specializing in Biostatistics and Public Health research. Holding a PhD in Applied Statistics and Econometrics from Monash University (2004), he previously served as a biostatistician at the Menzies Research Institute (University of Tasmania) and as a postdoctoral fellow at Monash University.
