Jadwiga Gałka is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Geography and Spatial Management, Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Her research focuses on population geography, migration patterns, aging demographics, and urban/metropolitan dynamics, with particular interest in London as a case study. She teaches courses on socio-demographic problems, migration geography, and field exercises in socio-economic geography.
Consultations are available in person on Wednesdays at 11:00-12:00 or online by appointment via email. Key subjects coordinated include Research Methods in Population Geography, Volunteering Projects, and Field Exercises in Urbanized Area Spatial Shaping for academic years 2024/2025 and 2025/2026.
