Jacques Lemay is a Guest Professor and Director of the Department of Finance at HEC Montréal. He holds an LL.B. from Université Laval, an MBA from HEC Montréal, and an LL.M. from Université de Montréal. His expertise spans investment banking, capital markets transactions, regulatory standards in finance, and corporate financial strategy.
