Jacquelyn Dee Mosley serves as Associate Dean and Professor of Human Development and Family Sciences at the Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences, University of Arkansas, where she contributes to academic leadership and teaching excellence.
Her educational background includes:
- BA in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls
- MS in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University, Tempe
- PhD in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, Lubbock
Dr. Mosley's research program centers on cultural competence, interpersonal relationships, and family studies, with a strong emphasis on applying these areas in agricultural education and promoting social justice. As a trained administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and holder of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) certification, she leads regional and national training programs to foster intercultural competence among students and professionals.
