Dr. Jacqueline Whittaker serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia and holds a concurrent position as Senior Research Scientist at Arthritis Research Canada.
Her research program focuses on critical rehabilitation science areas including knee osteoarthritis, exercise therapy applications, sport injury prevention, and the integration of technology like ultrasound imaging and wearable activity trackers in physical therapy practice. Her work bridges clinical application with evidence-based rehabilitation approaches across multiple musculoskeletal conditions.
