Jacqueline Chan is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the School of Public Health, Loma Linda University. She holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) from Loma Linda University (1999) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the same institution (1993). Her research focuses on dietary assessment methods, vitamin D levels, and cardiovascular health in diverse populations, particularly within the Adventist Health Study-2 (AHS-2) cohort.

Her work often involves longitudinal cohort studies and nationwide data collection.
Her publications include methodological studies on missing data in FFQs, feasibility of biospecimen collection clinics, and determinants of health outcomes in Black and White Seventh-day Adventists. She has collaborated extensively on the Adventist Health Study-2, focusing on dietary intake, vitamin D, and chronic disease associations.
