Jacob Ting King Soon serves as a Lecturer in Law within the Faculty of Business, Design and Arts at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak. He holds qualifications including an LL.B (Hons) from East London and an LL.M from Northumbria, establishing his foundation in legal studies.
Mr. Ting's research focuses on Intellectual Property Law, with particular emphasis on infringements and crimes related to Intellectual Property Rights. His scholarly work appears to address contemporary challenges in protecting intellectual property within business contexts.
He teaches foundational courses including Introduction to Business Law, Law of Commerce, and Contract Law, while also contributing to postgraduate education through an MBA unit on Ethics & Governance.
