Jacob Agerbo Rasmussen

Jacob Agerbo Rasmussen is a Postdoc researcher at the University of Copenhagen's Globe Institute, specifically within the Section for Hologenomics. With a strong background in molecular and evolutionary biology, he applies advanced molecular tools to investigate microbiome-host interactions across various omics approaches including genomics, metagenomics, and metabolomics.
