Jack Moffett is Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon's Integrated Innovation Institute and Senior UX Manager at Boeing Global Services. With over 25 years of experience, he has designed software tools for Fortune 500 companies including Lockheed Martin, Shell, and DaimlerChrysler, as well as U.S. military organizations.
He focuses on DesignOps implementation, UX training programs, and CX metrics. Moffett holds BFA in Graphic Design from West Virginia University and Master of Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon. He authored two books and co-founded IxDA Pittsburgh.
