Jack A. Babinchak

Jack A. Babinchak is an Associate Professor in the Business department at Central Penn College, where he has taught courses such as Organizational Psychology, Research Methodology, and Dimensions of Leadership since 2013. His teaching philosophy emphasizes creating a relaxed, engaging classroom environment that fosters lifelong learning and critical thinking.

He earned certifications in ISO 9001 auditing, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma, and previously secured a $1.5 million recycling grant during his 15-year industry career in the plastics sector, including involvement in a $21 million facility start-up.

He co-authored a paper on adaptive learning technology’s impact on student performance in The Transnational Journal of Business. Outside academia, he enjoys reading, golfing, and attending his children’s activities with his wife Kristen and their two children, Grace and Jacob.
