Jacek Prokop, PhD, is a Professor and currently serves as Vice Rector for International Relations and Head of the Department of Business Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He holds a doctoral degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and a habilitation from SGH for his dissertation on 'Contribution to the theory of assuming control over joint-stock companies'.
